Jeunes Braves (Brave Youth) is a nonprofit organization in Togo, West Africa, dedicated to empowering young women through vocational education and trade school opportunities.
As the organization's volunteer Social Media Director, I developed creative campaigns, visual branding, and digital content to increase awareness, strengthen community engagement, and support fundraising efforts for new students.
Annual Campaign Plan
Below: Initial concepts for an annual awareness and fundraising campaign.
West African Inspiration
Below: The visual direction drew inspiration from both traditional and contemporary West African art, incorporating vibrant color, bold pattern, and expressive graphic elements to celebrate the organization's cultural roots.
Previous Brand
Below: The existing identity relied on an earth-toned palette and light typography. The goal of the redesign was to create a more vibrant, youthful visual identity that better reflected the organization's mission.
Color Palette
Below: I explored multiple color directions before developing a vibrant, feminine palette that reflected the optimism, confidence, and aspirations of the young women the organization supports.
Pattern System
Above: I developed a flexible pattern system in Figma using the established color palette, creating supporting brand elements that added warmth, personality, and consistency across digital communications.

Photoshop/Figma
Below: I isolated photography in Photoshop and created reusable image assets for use in Figma, allowing me to quickly build consistent campaign mockups and social media compositions.

After Effects
Below: I brought the final visual system into After Effects to create lightweight motion graphics that added energy and engagement across social media campaigns.
