Jeunes Braves (Brave Youth), a non-profit in Togo, West Africa that sends girls to trade school. I worked as the organization's social media director to help build a following and raise money for new students. Below is my initial proposal for an annual campaign.

Below: I took inspiration from West African art,
both old and new by focusing on bright color and pattern.
Below: The designer before me had used a earth tone color pallet and a light font for the logo.
The client wanted something more youthful and energetic.
I experimented with a few different pallets and ultimately gravitated towards happy, feminine colors to reflect the young girls that the program supports.
Below: I built patterns in Figma, using the color pallets I had developed.
Below: I clipped all the girls out in Photoshop using the pen tool and saved them out as PNG files for easy use in Figma, where I composited all these mockups.
Below: I brought all these elements into After Effects to make simple animations.
