Above: I was the networking event photographer on our boat tour in Austin Texas. We had an outstanding turn-out for the event and had a blast learning how to line dance with an instructor and a live band on the top deck.
Above: I developed a marketing campaign for the event in which included social posts, website design, and emails.
Above: I worked closely with the company that managed the printing and setup of the booth. I oversaw the quotes, the print proofs, and the setup at the conference hall.
Above: Sketches of the booth with a professional setup that could not be achieved with pop-up displays. Getting this direction approved was a big win for the sales team. It was a big jump in cost that ultimately had a major return on investment for the company in terms of new contracts.
Above: These are some initial concepts for the booth. In conversations with sales and the design team we decided that leveraging the purple color would help us standout at events.
Above: Images of where we started in terms of design. The previous events were done with pop-up displays and a folding table. Two of the main issues I saw with this setup were (1) the patterned carpet distracts from the booth graphics and (2) the tabletop is cluttered with handouts. My main goal was to simplify the booth and strengthen the brand moving forward.
